One Account Per User: Each user can only have one account, and it can be logged in on only one device at a time.

Guest Access: Some free courses or demos may be available without an account, but a registered account is required for certification.

Free & Paid Courses: Free courses or trials may become paid at any time without prior notice.

Password Recovery: Users can reset their password via the website or contact support on WhatsApp.

Account Deletion: Users can request account deletion via WhatsApp, but once deleted, all purchased content will be lost with no recovery option.

3. Payments & Refunds

 Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, Crypto, Bank Transfer, Manual Payments, and eBanks.

Third-Party Payments: Payments processed through third parties are not handled by us directly. However, we may receive basic payment details for verification purposes.

Subscription & One-Time Purchases: We offer both one-time purchases and subscriptions, but the availability depends on each course.

Refund Policy: Refunds are conditional and depend on the course. If a course mentions a money-back guarantee, the refund policy stated for that specific course applies.

Installments: Some courses may allow installment payments, but this depends on the specific course.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails:
